1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and DexMoji (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the DexMoji website, Telegram bot, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DexMoji. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect a violation of these requirements.

3. Service Description

DexMoji provides the following services:

• Human-like visitor traffic to boost page views and engagement

• Available via Telegram bot, and related services

Guaranteed Trending Service

• Guaranteed top 10 trending placement on supported platforms including Dexscreener, Dextools, and other major platforms

• Full refund if guaranteed placement is not achieved

• Platform and chain availability subject to change

Reseller and Referral Program

• Commission-based referral payouts

• Reseller access with custom pricing

Service availability, pricing, features, and supported platforms may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

Placing Orders Orders may be placed through the Telegram bot. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price and authorize us to process your payment.

Payment Methods We accept cryptocurrency payments including SOL and USDT. Accepted payment methods may change at our discretion.

Payment Confirmation Orders begin processing upon confirmed payment. Blockchain transaction confirmation times vary and are outside our control.

Pricing All prices are listed in USD or equivalent cryptocurrency value at time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Completed purchases are not affected by subsequent price changes.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are coordinated directly with customers

• Placement duration and specifics are outlined at time of purchase

We make reasonable efforts to deliver services promptly but do not guarantee specific delivery times unless explicitly stated.

6. Refund Policy

Reactions Service Refunds are available only for orders that fail to deliver. Once reactions are delivered, they cannot be reversed, and no refunds will be issued. Partial delivery may result in partial refunds at our discretion.

Guaranteed Trending Service Full refund is provided if we fail to achieve the guaranteed top 10 trending placement. Refund eligibility is determined solely by us based on verifiable platform data.

Non-Refundable Circumstances No refunds will be issued for:

• Delivered orders

• User error (incorrect token address, chain selection, etc.)

• Dissatisfaction with results beyond our guaranteed deliverables

• Account termination due to Terms violation

• Market conditions, token performance, or third-party platform changes

Refund requests must be submitted via Telegram support. We reserve the right to make final determinations on all refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DexMoji only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity or to promote illegal activity

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

• Use automated systems (other than our API with authorization) to access the Service

• Resell services without authorization or misrepresent your affiliation with DexMoji

• Use the Service in connection with tokens involved in fraud, scams, or illegal schemes

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or report activity to relevant authorities if we suspect misuse.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Reactions Service Reactions are engagement signals and do not guarantee trending placement, token performance, price movement, trading volume, or any specific outcome. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control including but not limited to market conditions, token fundamentals, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

Guaranteed Trending Service We guarantee top 10 placement on specified platforms as described at time of purchase. We do not guarantee:

• Duration of trending placement beyond stated terms

• Any specific trading volume, price action, or token performance

• Sustained ranking after the service period ends

• Results on platforms not explicitly included in your order

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable. DexMoji is a marketing service, not financial advice or investment guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Damages DexMoji, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any trading decisions, losses, or missed opportunities

• Token performance, price movements, or market conditions

• Reliance on trending metrics or engagement signals

• Third-party platform changes, outages, or policy enforcement

• Unauthorized access to your accounts or data

• Any other matter relating to the Service

Maximum Liability In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree that this limitation of liability is a fundamental element of these Terms and that the Service would not be provided without such limitations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DexMoji, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

• Any third-party claims related to tokens or projects you promote using the Service

11. Third-Party Platforms

DexMoji interacts with third-party platforms including but not limited to Dexscreener, Dextools, Geckoterminal, Telegram, and other. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party platform availability, policies, or algorithm changes

• Actions taken by third-party platforms against your token or account

• Any disputes between you and third-party platforms

Third-party platforms may change their policies, algorithms, or terms at any time. Such changes may affect Service effectiveness. We do not guarantee compatibility with future platform updates.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and materials associated with DexMoji are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (token addresses, project information, etc.) but grant us a limited license to use such content for Service delivery.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

• Harmful conduct toward DexMoji or other users

• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Disclaimer) shall survive.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation via our Telegram support. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules in a jurisdiction of our choosing.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DexMoji regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

19. Independent Service Disclaimer

DexMoji is an independent service not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dexscreener, Dextools, Geckoterminal, or any other third party. All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party platforms are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
