By using DexMoji, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the DexMoji service, including clients, resellers, and referral partners.

1. Service Overview

DexMoji is a Telegram-based automation bot that delivers reactions and view traffic to Dexscreener token pages. The service is intended to assist with visibility by boosting public engagement metrics.

2. Payments & Delivery

Payments are made in Solana (SOL). Each order generates a unique payment address. Orders begin within one minute after payment is confirmed. Slight variations in delivery speed and volume may occur to maintain human-like activity patterns.

3. Refunds

Completed and valid orders are non-refundable. If your order fails due to a technical issue, you will receive a replacement or full refund. Orders without on-chain payment confirmation will not be processed.

4. Usage Disclaimer

DexMoji is an automated, AI-driven tool. It is your responsibility to use it in accordance with your platform's policies. We are not responsible for how the service is used or for any consequences that may result from its use.

5. Referral Program

Referrals earn 10% commission on every referred purchase, paid instantly to the referring wallet. Abuse of the system may result in disqualification.

6. Reseller Program

Approved resellers may promote DexMoji under their own branding using discounted packages. Resellers are responsible for handling their own customers and communications. Abuse or misrepresentation may result in removal.

7. No Affiliation

DexMoji is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Dexscreener. The Dexscreener name and platform are the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any outcomes related to token performance, trading activity, or third-party actions. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantees beyond confirmed delivery.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of DexMoji constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
